Questions before starting.
Q01Do you only work on PMO?
No. We have two practices: business consulting — strategic and operational planning, process improvement and management control — and PMO. Many engagements combine both: we help define the plan and then make sure the projects that execute it are delivered.
Q02What is a PMO, and when does a company need one?
A Project Management Office is the function that defines how projects are selected, planned, tracked and reported. A company usually needs one when it runs several projects at the same time and starts to see delays, cost overruns, conflicting priorities or a lack of visibility for leadership.
Q03What is the difference between an outsourced PMO and an internal one?
With an outsourced PMO (PMO as a Service), we run the office for you from the start. With an internal PMO, we design and implement it so that your own people run it. Some companies start with the outsourced model and move to an internal one later.
Q04Do you work with agile, traditional or hybrid methodologies?
With all three. We are method-agnostic: we combine predictive practices (PMBOK-style), agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and hybrid approaches, depending on your projects and your culture.
Q05Which tools do you use? Can you help us adopt new ones?
We adapt to the tools you already have — for example Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday or Power BI. If you need new ones, we recommend options that fit your size and needs, help you set them up and support your teams until they use them day to day. We don’t sell software licenses.
Q06Do you work remotely? In which countries?
Yes. We work mainly remotely with companies in the United States and Latin America, in English or Spanish. When a project requires it, on-site sessions can be arranged.
Q07What does the initial assessment look like?
It starts with a 30-minute call to understand your business, your projects and your main pain points. If there is a fit, we propose a structured assessment and present the findings with recommended next steps.
